10:30 am - April 5, 2020
To our valued guests,
To protect the health, safety and well-being of our employees and guests, Bobwhite Counter continues to monitor, evaluate and adjust our operating model as the Coronavirus pandemic spreads across the NYC Metro area and our entire Country. We are following Federal, State and Municipal restrictions as well as guidelines provided by the CDC which are designed to keep us safe and healthy. Based on these guidelines, we may adjust our menu and hours. This homepage and the Bobwhite app are the best ways to stay up to date with any changes to hours or menu.
We will be temporarily closing our restaurant located at 94 Ave C on Sunday night, April 5 at 7:30pm. This temporary closing will be evaluated on a weekly basis. Our midtown Manhattan locations at the Urbanspace Markets located @45th & Vanderbilt and @51st & Lexington also continue to be temporarily closed.
Our restaurant in Jersey City, NJ, located at 150 Warren Street is Open 7 days a week from 11 am to 7:30 pm, offering pick-up and delivery service.
The best way to order pick-up is to use the Bobwhite app which you can download from the Apple Store and Google Play Store. You can earn points to be used for free food and through its use we can all avoid contact from both cash and credit card handling at the restaurant. If you are ordering delivery, you can order through GrubHub/Seamless.
If you place a pick-up order, please allow us 15 minutes to prepare your food. When you arrive, we will bring your food outside to you. If we don't see you first, just knock on the door and we will get to you as quickly as we can.
Some of you have asked about gift cards. That is a wonderful way to provide support to restaurants and we cannot wait for everyone to redeem gift cards under better circumstances, hopefully very soon.
We are grateful to keep working and serving you as best we can. We still want to exceed your expectations and find new ways to serve you. With so many changes each day and without the opportunity to speak to you individually we need your help.
Please let us know what we can do better! If we let you down, let us know. If we can improve our ordering and pick up process, let us know. If we can change our menu to help you at this time, let us know. Email is the best way to keep track of your feedback and suggestions or to share your love with our staff.
Thank you for your continued support as we all work together to "flatten the curve" in the battle against Covid-19. Stay safe & healthy!
